A luxurious styled editorial, in a historic chateau just outside of Paris, France
Featured on The Anti Bride
The grandeur of the château’s baroque architecture and manicured gardens set the stage for a dreamlike narrative, which inspired Angie Maraval Weddings when planning their recent editorial — setting a stage where opulence meets restraint, allowing the property to speak for itself with a neutral palette.
Billowing drapery framed both ceremony and reception spaces, creating a sense of movement and intimacy within the vast French estate.
Every detail — from the delicate textures to the soft, romantic palette— was designed to evoke the indulgent yet effortlessly chic spirit of the little Versailles, reimagined for a contemporary and modern couple.
The morning boudoir look was a scene that echoed the tender, introspective moments of Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette, where femininity, vulnerability, and indulgence intertwine. The soft moft morning light filtered through sheer curtains over the silk draped antique furniture.
